Silistra Agribusiness Center/Business Incubator takes part of Center for proffessional education of National Business Development Network Associationhas and has been certified by Ministry of Labour and Social Policy as education center with l icense ? 200312111 for proffessions and subjects as follows:

Leasing Scheme

Provides opportunities to purchase equipment for production, agricultural technology or equipment for completion of services.

• Maximum amount available per leasing contract: 30 000 BGN (for new agricultural equipment - up to 35000 BGN and extended grace period up to 9 months )
• Grace period - 6 months
• Yearly interest rate: basic interest percent (according to the Bulgarian National Bank) +10%
• Re-payment period - up to 48 months
• Down payment – 20% of the purchase price
• Equal monthly installments
• The amount of the lease includes transportation expenses, customs, taxes and interest rate
• Guarantee – insurance of the equipment is in the name of Silistra Agribusiness Center/Business Incubator.
• No service taxes for business plan preparation, no commission.

Special conditions of Leasing Scheme for unemployed start-up enterpreneursregistered at Silistra Labour Bureau:

• Maximum amount available per leasing contract: 15 000 BGN
• Grace period - 9 months
• Yearly interest rate: basic interest percent (according to the Bulgarian National Bank) +10%
• Re-payment period - up to 48 months
• Down payment – 10% of the purchase price
• Equal monthly installments
• The amount of the lease includes transportation expenses, customs, taxes and interest rate
• Guarantee – insurance of the equipment is in the name of Silistra Agribusiness Center/Business Incubator.
• No service taxes for business plan preparation, no commission.

• The premises are rented to micro and small firms, start-ups or pre-existing firms, which want to expand their business.
• Period for stay in the Business Incubator - up to 3 years.
• Full access to all Silistra Agribusiness Center services.
